Hidden away in the Central Highlands, Da Lat plays the cooler cousin to Vietnam’s seaside destinations. Famous for its countryside charm, Da Lat draws couples, wellness seekers, and outdoor enthusiasts. This mountain resort town was once a summer getaway for the French, who left their mark in the European-inspired architecture and countless lakes. Da Lat’s main lake is the center of the action, but amazing natural wonders await in the hills all around.

 

Day 1                                                                                                Dalat City tour

 Pick up guests at the airport

14h00: Visit Pongour waterfall also known as 7 cascading waterfalls, this is the most beautiful waterfall of the Central Highlands. The waterfall is located in the Duc Trong district, about 50km south of Da Lat City on National Highway 20.

Pongour falls from a cliff 40 meters Pouring down a deep valley, the width of the cliff is over 100 meters. Surrounding the Pongour waterfall is the primeval forest and rocky interstices between the water flowing from the falls are spectacular and beautiful. it is called Seven Cascading Waterfalls because of the water pours from the top of the waterfall into the valley through a system of seven steps high stairs.

16h30: Come back to Dalat Center City, stop at Lam Vien Square, Lam Vien Square is one of the most impressive destinations that visitors cannot miss when arriving at this Dalat dreamy city. Come along with Kha Tran car rental to learn about what there is unique in this square attracting many tourists near and far.

Coming to Dalat without setting foot on Xuan Huong Lake is regretful. This is one of the most romantic sights of this dreamy city. Come here to see the beautiful view, drive ducklings as well, and take photos are things you should not miss, overlooking Xuan Huong Lake.

Day 2                                           Clay Tunnel – The Truc Lam Zen Monastery – Tuyen Lam Lake – Cycling

07h30: Go to have breakfast in a local restaurant.

08h30: Visiting Dalat Clay Sculptures Tunnel (Dalat Star tourist site): It is known by many names such as Clay Village, Clay Tunnel…which is a carved dry ditch about 1.2 km long beside Tuyen Lam Lake. Here, visitors seem to be staying in the fairy world with countless unique art sculptures; the statues of monkeys, elephants, snakes, turtles, and frogs, antique Vespa motorbikes, horse carts, flower waterfall; and the famous architecture in Da Lat.

10h30: The Truc Lam Zen Monastery was constructed from 1993 to 1994 and was completed.

12h00: Have lunch.

13h30: Visit Happy Hill.

14h30: Cycling around Xuan Huong Lake

Da Lat city has many lakes and mountainous terrain with vast pine forests, so many people choose to participate in outdoor sports. This is also the place for those who want to relax by bicycle

For those who are new to the running course, and do not have much time, they can choose hotels, and motels in the center of Da Lat so that early morning or evening can run around Xuan Huong Lake. The road around this lake is about 5 kilometers long, so it is suitable for those who want to run to relax and relax. The road running here is flat so it doesn’t consume much energy. Xuan Huong Lake is also a suitable place for cycling. However, the large number of tourists concentrated in this area may affect these sports.

Day 3                                               Langbiang –  Golden Valley – Domain Church – Bao Dai King Palace

08h00: Visit Langbiang

Located on Lang Biang Plateau, Lac Duong District, Lam Dong Province, this site is only about 12km from Dalat center and is sometimes called Lam Vien Mountain as well. Legend has it, that the name Lang Biang was derived from the name of a couple who were deeply in love with each other – the boy named K’lang and the girl named Ho Biang who fell in love with each other after K’lang saved Biang’s life from a fierce heard of wolves. However, they weren’t allowed to get married due to the long-standing feud between their tribes, and eventually chose to suicide together. Finally, Ho Biang’s father was so repentant of his daughter’s death that he unified the tribes into one called K’ho and allowed boys and girls in the K’Ho group to get married to each other. Their graves then grew into two giant mountains, and in order to memorize the couple with profound love, the mountain range was renamed into what we call today: Lang Biang.

10h00:  Visit Golden Valley

Golden Valley features a harmony of natural and man-made beauty. Under the shade of pine trees and green grass is a rock garden with several types of precious stones, such as chalcedony and agate, in different shapes from simple to meticulous, carved by nature and the hands of artisans.

12h00:  Have lunch

13h30:  Visit Domain church

Located on Mai Anh hill, the church is also known as Mai Anh church. This is a cluster of architectural works including the main chapel and two rows of Saint Vincent’s Charity monastery.

The church was designed and built in the European style of the 17th century, without a bell tower, and the lighting system is made of stained glass frames. Domaine De Marie is famous for its brilliant brownish-pink lime color, which stands out among the garden of sea flowers planted a lot on the church grounds.

14h00: Visit Bao Dai, King Palace.

15h00:  Come back center of the city to enjoy a flower festival around the city.

18h00: Have dinner

Day 4                                                                      Elephant waterfall – Thuy Thuan resort – Puppy Farm

07h30: Visit Elephant waterfall

Elephant Falls is the third largest waterfall in Lam Dong Province, located in Nam Ban Town, Lam Ha District, 25km southwest of Da Lat City, and one of the most famous attractions of the countryside tour
Elephant waterfall is one of the biggest waterfalls of the Central Highlands, the waterfall is 30m high and 15m wide. From a distance looking at the waterfall falls like a white silk strip, which looks majestic and beautiful.

10h00: Visit Puppy Farm.

Visit, play, and take pictures with cute and well-nourished puppies. On the farm now there are more than 36 rare and precious dog species, more than 100 individual dogs.

Explore the rolling hills of over 10,000 m2, with many colorful flowers, giving visitors the feeling of wandering into the immense space of flowers

Learn about the hi-tech strawberry garden, visiting cherry tomatoes, Pepino melon, melon, baby cucumber, giant squash, and more.

12h00: Have lunch.

13h30: Visit Thuy Thuan resort.

Thuy Thuan Da Lat tourist area is a very famous and quality check-in point in 2020. It is a place where you work hard to create pictures of a lifetime in extremely creative and beautiful miniatures like a movie set. Such as a lantern garden, bird’s nest garden, sacred banyan tree, and miniature waterfall–river.

15h30:  Shopping at Dalat market

18h00: Have dinner
