08:30 Explore the water coconut forest on bamboo basket boats. Learn to paddle bamboo basket boats from the local people

Cycling tour: Hop on a bicycle for a picturesque of the countryside surrounding Hoi An. This pleasant ride gives the cyclist a fantastic sampling of the countryside of Vietnam, meandering through stunning rural scenes, rice paddies, villages, and fields. (20 mins)

Farming tour: (Traditional hat and Farmer’s cloth). Visit the Tra Que herb village and riparian ecosystem of the local people: (Picked up seaweed to fertilizer for vegetables, visit the ponds, fish, drop buffalo, chicken, and duck). Join in planting vegetables together with local farmers. Soak foot, and relax with some herbs in the Tra Que vegetable garden after the farming tour

Rice paper-making tour: Guests will be introduced and learn how to make rice

paper and enjoy your products.

Cooking class: Learning how to make some flowers, and animals from tomatoes, and carrots, marinated for some local food: Tam Huu, Local Pancake, then enjoy

what you have cooked and some more food on the menu.
